Osteoporosis Sessions
Cultivate bone health with community.
Join Osteoporosis Sessions and learn how to preventatively (pre-diagnosis) or reactively (post-diagnosis) fuel healthy bone density without risk of fracture. Osteoporosis Sessions are movement-centric infused with education on how to continue to promote bone longevity outside of the sessions in your usual exercise routine and with all daily activities.
What to bring:
Yourself, a mat if you have one, water, towel as needed, something comfortable to move in, and internal sunshine and an open mind. :)

Want to be proactive in caring for your spine?
Join Shannon Escarra Beyond Physical Therapy for a 60min workshop centered around creating longevity and resilience in the spine.
If you have a diagnosis of osteoporosis/osteopenia, degenerative disc disease, disc herniation, sciatica, have suffered from general back pain, or just want to be protective in caring for your spine and are in need of a safe and effective routine to improve spinal resilience, this is a great way to start.
Class includes an introductory understanding of healthy spinal mechanics and pathomechanics, a medicinal movement session designed around learning how to develop spinal longevity and an understanding of yogaic principles centered around what it means to live from the spine.
